PLEASE CONTACT OUR OFFICE IF THERE IS A MOBILE HOME ON THIS PROPERTY.


The home title may need to be transferred and/or de-activated. Both procedures will need to be completed prior to or at closing. You and/or your clients may be required to complete special documentation, pay mobile home/manufactured home taxes and have the home foundation inspected prior to closing. In addition, our office may charge a title transfer/deactivation fee for this service.
